The TOGETHER® cooling/warming plates are the ideal solution for presenting food professionally at a chilled or warm temperature – whether on a buffet, at a catered event or in a restaurant. Instead of requiring two separate appliances, each plate combines cooling and warming in one compact unit.
You can switch conveniently between the +6 °C cooling function and the +65 °C warming function – without modifications or additional equipment such as cooling packs or ice.
